Nullpunkt-Energie-Technologien
Die Grundenergie eines Systems ist in der Quantenmechanik nicht Null, sondern h/2. Der Name Nullpunkt-Energie rührt daher, dass diese Energie temperaturunabhängig ist und somit auch am absoluten Nullpunkt der Temperatur vorhanden ist. In der Quantenfeld-Theorie wurde dieses Konzept auf alle (Schwingungs-) Moden des Raumes erweitert. Die Nullpunkt-Energie ist aus heutiger Sicht ein Quantenrauschen, das den Raum mit Energie erfüllt. Diese Quantenfluktuationen sind Photonen und auch Materie-Antimaterie-Paare. Die Polarisation der Materie-Antimaterie-Paare führt auch zur Vakuumpolarisation. All diese Vorgänge werden auch als Vakuumzustand bezeichnet.
